Many Homes Have July Weeks Available for Your Vacation

Here we are in June and many of our homeowners report that they have vacancies in July.  What's up?  Each year our rental business has a different quirk.  This year we thought we'd be busier than ever given the damage to so many coastal areas and the lack (we thought) of vacation homes in those areas.  So we've been surprised to hear that many vacation homes have July vacancies.  Consider a Vineyard vacation this year!  It's not too late and we have some wonderful home available.  And, some owners have adjusted their prices to attract you.  Call!
